The table seats four, but extends with two leaves to seat six and six chairs are in the apartment. The pantry offers shelves to put food and supplies. The vacuum cleaner, broom and mop are also kept in the pantry. The Bedroom: The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, a three drawer chest, storage shelving and space for hanging clothes. Bedroom and bathroom linens are provided including sheets, pillowcases, blankets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and necessary rugs. Retail laundry and dry cleaning services are available in nearby Quinlan. The Bathroom: The bathroom includes a lavatory, commode, a spacious shower with a sit-down bench, and storage space for bath linens and toiletries. . A hairdryer is provided. Utilities: Water, electricity, septic service, trash pick-up, and fiber-optic internet are provided at no additional cost. We operate an aerobic septic system so please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the commode. Specifically, please do not flush Kleenex, feminine products or "flushable" wipes as these will damage the septic system. Trash cans and a re-cycle bin are provided. Heating and cooling is provided by ductless wall units located in the bedroom and in the living-dining area. These units are remotely controlled by the tenant. The living area is equipped with a smart TV and firestick. Over-the-air reception from Dallas-Fort Worth and Tyler is included. Streaming service must be arranged and paid by the tenant. A DVD player and a limited number of DVD's are included. Other Amenities: Other amenities include a picnic table with a park grill, a bonfire circle including firewood, and public access to Lake Tawakoni recreation within a short driving distance.
