Enjoy a peaceful and magical stay! Things to Note : Accessibility: The home is an upstairs unit on one level, with the front door located at the top of 35 wide steps. Parking: A one-car garage is available exclusively for your use. Separate studio unit below: they have their own private entrance, and it is rented out intermittently. Garden: The garden is for your enjoyment only, with a gardener visiting every other week for maintenance. Third Bedroom: Contains a single/twin bed and a desk. Bathroom: Recently remodeled with stunning finishes. Living/Dining Room: Open and airy, with views of Griffith Park and the Observatory, no TV. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, vintage range/oven, microwave, washer/dryer, and a breakfast bar. Housekeeping: A cleaning service will be provided bi-monthly.
