Looking for a mid 20s - mid 30s individual to fill a Master bedroom in this lower Hollywood Riviera 5 bedroom (4 occupied, 1 guest/storage), 3 bath home with large backyard and private heated pool. This home has been totally remodeled with all new flooring, paint, and large outdoor spaces with numerous areas to entertain outside. The available Bedroom is unfurnished (photos attached show a queen bed). Will share a bathroom. The bathroom has two sinks and two showers. Main areas are furnished, including living room and fully-stocked kitchen. Also includes a two-car garage space for storage. If interested, please share a bit about yourself, why you would be a good fit for this group, and a few times you are available for a viewing. The landscaping and pool utilities are covered and all other utilities are paid by the tenants. Earliest move in of 11/1/23 and will run through 5/31/24. Monthly rent for the bedroom is $1900 + utilities.
