Maximum occupancy is 4 individuals (single family), or 3 individuals, if splitting apartment. All tenants must sign lease (except children). Owner provides water/sewer, trash pick-up. Renters pay electric, gas heat and any other optional utilities/services (i.e. Internet). Kitchen appliances provided. Parking: Upper unit gets 2 garage parking space, a 3rd car can park behind far left garage space, any additional cars must park off-site. No parking/blocking in the driveway, so both units can freely get their cars in and out of the garage. No pets allowed. There is a $200 utilities deposit (only applicable if electric/gas remain in landlords name). No smoking allowed. No illegal drugs allowed. Mobile A/C unit provided for warm weather months. Common laundry area provided in basement. Renter must keep laundry area clean and clear of clutter. Be respectful of other renter and clear your laundry from machines promptly. Be mindful of loud noise after 10pm, be respectful of your neighbors. Tenant must clear any trace amounts of snow. Owner will make reasonable efforts to have driveway cleared of snow depending on severity of conditions. Lawn care provided.
