Marina front condo in the heart of Coconut Grove. A boutique building right across from Monty's Raw Bar, Starbucks, Sushi Maki and the Marina. The Bayshore Club Bar & Grill, along with parks, historic sites , the Fresh Market, and many other restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk. Including, the famous Cocowalk. The Arts Festival plus Food and Wine Festival are held yearly as well as other local events that are held frequently. No worries about parking, ever. Plenty of parking in front and back of building. Central to all means of transportation including the metro rail station. The pool is conveniently on the same floor (2nd Floor) and is very calm and quiet. There are times you will probably have it to yourself. No long elevator waits like in large condo buildings. The back of building conveniently leads to the 2nd floor without having to go up any stairs. Very convenient for move-in process. In-unit washer/dryer plus dishwasher and microwave. Bathroom has a spray bidet and also has its own closet for additional storage with ample space. Multi-color LED lighting in kitchen and living room for change of ambiance. Electricity, Water, Gas and Waste are included. A hard find as much is not included within the monthly rent at other properties nor are most of them at a prime and central location.
