Unfinished, clean basement with lots of room for storage. Washer/Dryer and wash tub in basement. Fully fenced back yard with two car garage, butterfly garden, raised vegetable bed, rain barrel collection, and compost. Front porch is a great place to congregate in warmer weather. One dog is permitted with additional cost, proof of vaccinations, and must be neutered or spayed. No Cats. Application requires background check and credit check for every person over 18 in the house. Rent cannot exceed 30% of renters combined gross income. Renter must have proof of insurance. No smoking or vaping of any kind permitted inside the house. Utilities are not included.
