About 26 N Butler St Madison, WI 53703
Wonderful character flat located steps from the square! I have lived in this apartment for two years and am now moving to the East side. This rent price includes either 2 cats or 1 dog along with expanded cable, Internet and all utilities. Butler Plaza is the landlord and they are FABULOUS! Apartment is 1 bedroom, great bathroom (with awesome lighting and updated finishes!) a storage room (could be used as small second bedroom) and a second story porch! The lighting in here is wonderful and it is very airy in the summer. I'm so sad to have to move out but I am excited to start my new beginning. Move in date May 1 (negotiable) must move out by August 14th at noon. Please only serious inquiries and please tell me a little bit about you! I need this space to go to a responsible and respectful person.
