The above-ground pool is shared between units, is open year-round, and is not heated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard and pool area on service days. This home is pet-friendly. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
