The kitchen has four stools at the bar and an eat-in dining area, which is open concept to the living area. The living area features a sofa bed, coffee table, end tables, lamps, and a 50" Roku TV. High-end finishes throughout the home include original terrazzo floors and spa-worthy floor-to-ceiling tiled walk-in showers. The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, and a small bench at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, nightstands, lamps, and a luggage rack, while the third bedroom has two twin beds with a shared nightstand. The above-ground pool is shared between units, is open year-round, and is not heated. Weekly maintenance and cleaning are performed on the pool, requiring access to the yard and pool area on service days. This home is pet-friendly. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Minutes away from one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the world, Bonaventure Cemetery, which is open to visitors year-round. Also close to downtown Savannah and Thunderbolt Historical Society. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and the code will be provided upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Interaction is minimal, but assistance is available if needed. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
