About This Property

The house is split into two units, with the owner in the other half. No holdovers (a waiver will be signed that will override eviction protection). A $900.00 deposit will be collected and returned if things are left as they were when moving in. Mandatory exit on the predetermined date, unless a new lease is activated 2 months prior. A non-refundable pet deposit of $100.00 will be collected. Rent will increase by $25.00 with a dog. Only 1 dog allowed. 2 body limit: 2 people or 1 person+ 1 dog.
