About This Property
1 bedroom 1 bath 800 sq ft. $2,200-Available Immediately. The space is the basement of a house and has its own separate entrance. The backyard and side yard are fenced. Parking included. Both the parking and the entrance to the unit is from the alley. There are 4 or 5 stairs from the backyard down to the door of the unit. The unit is made up of a large living space that includes the kitchen, a bedroom, full bathroom, and bonus room.Washer and dryer on-site and shared with the landlords. The landlord has skin sensitivities so laundry soap and dryer sheets will be provided and covered as part of rent. The unit includes a refrigerator and a stove/oven. The unit is heated with forced air wall units. The entire unit was freshly painted in November 2024 when our previous tenant moved out.The property has a large vegetable garden in the back and small grass patches in the front. The backyard is mostly cement but the side yard has dirt for dogs. The backyard and side yard are fenced. We are willing to meet any dogs that may want to rent with us. We have a medium sized multipoo who is usually friendly with other dogs, but best if they meet beforehand since they will ostensibly be sharing some spaces. Cats are not allowed because the landlord is allergic, and the furnace draws air in from the basement. The furnace and hot water tank are in a room with a door separating it from the rental space. The floor is poured epoxy. Tenants will share utilities with the landlords. The utilities are divided by the number of people living on the property. If one person moves in then they are divided by 3. If 2 people move in then they are divided by 4 etc. (Kids count as a person). Shared utilities: electric, water, sewer, internet, and gas.Proof of income of $3,600 per month. Previous landlord references are not required, but are desirable. First and last month's rent due at move-in ($4,400). Each tenant over the age of 18 will need to have a background check run, which costs $40 per person.2 minute drive to I5. 2 minute walk to bus route 29 or 4. Everett transit center is a 20 minute walk. The unit is a 20 minute or less walk from: QFC, gas station, Bud’s garage (we are 420 friendly outside ONLY), Garfield Park, Taco Bell, Jack-in-the-box, KFC, McDonalds, Lowes, Lew’s BBQ, sushi restaurant, Kaiser permanente, and more.
