The landlord has skin sensitivities so laundry soap and dryer sheets will be provided and covered as part of rent. The unit includes a refrigerator and a stove/oven. The unit is heated with forced air wall units. The entire unit was freshly painted in November 2024 when our previous tenant moved out.The property has a large vegetable garden in the back and small grass patches in the front. The backyard is mostly cement but the side yard has dirt for dogs. The backyard and side yard are fenced. We are willing to meet any dogs that may want to rent with us. We have a medium sized multipoo who is usually friendly with other dogs, but best if they meet beforehand since they will ostensibly be sharing some spaces. Cats are not allowed because the landlord is allergic, and the furnace draws air in from the basement. The furnace and hot water tank are in a room with a door separating it from the rental space.
