Main building has 4 apartments with 2 detached apartments in the rear of the property. Laundry room on site coin operated. Close to Old Town Pasadena (1 mile) with lots of local shops, restaurants, Pasadena City College (2 miles), JPL (4.3 miles), Cal Tech (2.1 miles) and the Rose Bowl (1.5 miles). Small house trained pets OK with a $50 per month pet fee.
