This is a two story house with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer included. This property also has a large yard making it pet friendly. There is a one car garage, in addition to abundant off street parking. This rental has a great residential location with quick access to 34 and 85. Close to multiple grocery stores as well as great restaurants. Get your exercise in by biking to and from the University of Northern Colorado’s campus. Renter will pay gas, electric, and water/sewer. Trash and recycling is included. Deposit is $3250 and due at the lease signing. Pets are allowed with a $250 non-refundable pet deposit for each pet. A background and credit check is required. There is a $50 application fee to ensure only perspective tenants apply, if approved the $50 will be applied to first month’s rent.
