Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. Includes a desk with a comfy leather chair and computer screen, perfect for those needing to work while on a getaway or staycation. A laptop computer is not included.
