You’ll be located 35 minutes from DFW Airport and downtown Dallas, which offers many amazing and well-known attractions. Within McKinney itself, you’ll have lots to see and do. You’ll be 20 minutes to Mitas Hill Vineyard and there are lots of great breweries around. The Oak Hollow Golf course is 13 minutes away and Towne Lake Recreation Area is just 8 minutes away. This neighborhood park sits on 108 acres and curls around a 22-acre lake, which features a pier and paddleboats. It’s the perfect spot to relax in the sunshine and spend a lazy afternoon. You can also play on the volleyball courts, try horse-shoe pitching, or go for a leisurely walk on the 1.2-mile hiking trail. For those that are looking to get some great shopping deals, Allen Premium Outlets are just 9 minutes away. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking. The fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Do not leave it unattended at any time. We offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. To comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and toddler accessories. A laptop computer is not included.
