It is ideal for those seeking a private, low-maintenance lifestyle in a peaceful setting. Lease Terms: 1. How long is the lease? It is a minimum of 12 months with extensions afterward. 2. Do you accept Section 8? Yes, but you must still pass a background check and meet the income requirements. 3. Do you accept pets? Pets are acceptable with a pet deposit of $350 and approval from the owner. 4. Are utilities included? 1. Tenants pay a flat fee of $150 for all utilities. 5. Appliances?
