Deposit Requirements Holding deposit in the amount of 50% of the total rent must be paid in order to secure your 30 days or more reservation. It is fully refundable until 60 days prior to move-in date. The balance must be paid in total 30 days prior to occupancy. $1,500 security deposit must be paid prior to the beginning of the lease. Cancellation & Refund Policy You may cancel your reservation by written notice at any time up to 60 days prior to the commencement of the lease term. If you cancel, we will attempt to find another tenant for the lease term, and if no one is found within 30 days, then all paid rents and deposits will be forfeited. If a new tenant is found within such a time period, we will deduct from the balance due any rentals received from the new tenant for its lease term. Lease application and background check The Association requires a lease application and screening form for the background check signed and returned to them with $50 check payable to Ambassador Condominium Assosiation and $50 check payable to Suitor, Middleton, Cox & Associates (both forms and instructions are attached). SSN is no longer required. Please note: Must be rented 30 days or more. House Rules The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum number of guests for the unit is limited to four (4) persons. All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Pets are not permitted under any circumstances.
