The living area features a plush leather sofa that comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying your favorite shows on the large smart TV. A small charcoal grill is provided free of charge, but if you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, arrangements can be made at an extra cost. A complimentary pack n play and highchair are available for the kids. Only small pets under 40 pounds are allowed with a $150 pet fee for each animal. Legal service dogs are exempt with proper documentation to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleaning will be charged.
