About This Home

The unit is furnished and includes essential amenities such as air conditioning and in-unit washer/dryer. The kitchen features hardwood floors, providing a clean and modern appearance. The living room is spacious, ideal for relaxation and entertaining. The bathroom is equipped with standard fixtures for convenience. Additional features include access to laundry facilities and a basement for extra storage. The exterior of the property is well-maintained, enhancing curb appeal. The rental price is available upon request.
Perfect space for SUU students, newly married couples, resort staff, faculty or traveling professionals who need space fully furnished. The basement apartment space is located in a historical home built in the 1920's. The private entrance on the south side of the house opens to a basement studio including a private living room (with a couch and a chaise lounge that flatten into extra beds), open bedroom (king bed) that can be made private with a wooden accordion divider wall, and a kitchen. This studio area is locked from the rest of the house. There is a private bathroom for this space as well across a private hallway near the bedroom door. The laundry room is shared and locks from your side of the space to maintain privacy. Since space is a basement studio, you may hear us walking around upstairs on our hardwood floors. We are mindful about this and tiptoe around when we take our children to school early in the morning. Go to link above for more pictures.

Tucked away in the southwestern corner of Utah, Cedar City is a scenic community secluded amid the regionās inimitable natural landscape. The deserts and hills all round Cedar City provide residents with endless opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, and generally exploring the great outdoors.
The city fosters a thriving Main Street district with preserved brick storefronts still operating as cafes, specialty shops, and other locally-owned businesses. Near the center of town, Southern Utah University enrolls around 8,000 students and employs hundreds of locals as faculty and staff members. Hosting a vibrant arts scene, Cedar City is the home of the Utah Shakespeare Festival, as well as an annual fest celebrating another luminary playwright, Neil Simon.
