This cozy house features a gas fireplace perfect for those chilly evenings, a fenced backyard for privacy, a gas fire pit for outdoor gatherings, and a heated garage for convenience during the winter months. The 3rd bedroom is nonconforming (does not have a closet) and can be used as a bedroom, office or bonus room! Tenants is only responsible for all utilities! Pets are welcome! We have a 2 pet policy plus an additional $300 pet deposit and $35/mo pet rent. Application requirements: Credit must be 650+, income 2X monthly rent, must pass a state/national background check and no past evictions.
