About 266 E Berkeley St Boston, MA 02118
I am looking for someone to take over my lease for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom in The Troy -- a brand new, high-end luxury apartment building in Boston's South End with INCREDIBLE views of Back Bay and tons of amenities. It's available November 1st 2017 - August 31, 2018 with the ability to re-sign a new lease for September 1st and beyond. Troy Boston is a brand new building that just opened in 2015. There's a 24/7 concierge, a pool, two separate rooftop decks with views of the skyline, a dog run, and two gyms in the building. For more information, you can visit the Troy Boston website (troyboston.com). The unit is located on the 8th floor of the building with a beautiful and unique view of Back Bay. You can enter the Troy though the 266 E Berkeley Street entrance or 55 Traveler Street entrance. There are brand new windows so the apartment is completely silent inside. There are brand new and modern appliances, recessed lighting, wood floors, huge windows, and a washer and dryer. Heat and water are included in the rent -- you only have to pay electricity and internet/cable. We have a Nest Thermostat too. We have custom Elfa shelving in the bedroom closet and in the very large front hall closet to maximize the storage space - which we can leave for you if you like. There's a covered garage within the building -- and we currently rent a parking spot. If you are not interested in the parking spot, that is not an issue at all -- it's completely optional. Rent is $3,150.00 and the parking spot is $299.00 (Optional).
266 E Berkeley St is an apartment community located in Suffolk County and the 02118 ZIP Code.

There's much to love about Boston's South End -- the elegant brownstones along Tremont Street, the fantastic shops and restaurants of Columbus Avenue, and the sophisticated yet collegiate feel of Harrison Avenue combine to create a tapestry of a neighborhood that offers something to everyone. This walkable, tree-filled neighborhood offers several parks, the Boston University School of Medicine, some of the best restaurants in the city, and easy access to Northeastern University.
By renting an apartment in South End Boston, you'll enjoy walking along brick-paved sidewalks past historic buildings housing everything from trendy boutiques to art galleries to the city's hottest cafes. You'll spend afternoons shopping at Copley Square and taking in sprawling greenery at Southwest Corridor Park, Blackstone Square, and beautiful Franklin Square. South End is popular with artists, and you'll discover a variety of terrific galleries to explore, especially along Harrison Avenue.
