A pet deposit may be charged in addition to the Cleaning and Security Deposit. No smoking, vaping, etc. Tenant is responsible for all landscape maintenance (which is very minimal) and septic tank pumping as necessary. Tenant must comply with all of Bear Valley Springs rules. Lease is for one year minimum but we are hoping you are planning to stay longer.

Tehachapi is a small, secluded city located about 35 miles southeast of Bakersfield and 45 miles north of Lancaster along Highway 58. The community is perched high in the namesake Tehachapi Mountains, the boundary between the San Joaquin Valley and the Mojave Desert, with the rugged surrounding landscape providing beautiful scenery.
The city center is decorated with beautifully preserved vintage signs and marquees, giving the community a timeless character. While somewhat isolated from neighboring communities, Amtrak service from Tehachapi Station makes it easier to get around without having to drive, with the ride to Bakersfield only taking about an hour.
