The area is conveniently located 20 minutes away from YYC Airport or Downtown or 2 minutes away is a large plaza with a grocery store, gas station, 15 minutes away from COSCO, YMCA, CrossIron Mall and more. We are located just off of Stoney Trail connecting you to Banff and Lake Louise. Guest has entire walk out basement suite with new flooring that includes a large open space living room area and fully renovated kitchenette . Separate entrance in the house is from the side of the house via backyard Walkout Basement . Guest has access to outdoor barbeque and paved patio sitting table with chairs. A contract agreement will be signed for both parties. The guest must provide contact reference from previous renting . If tenants are not from Airbnb, must demonstrate employment or pay in advance while is renting before the rental period begin. We accept min 4 month term contract.
