Property Ratings at 268 Prospect St
The Apartment is great and has potential. The only problem is this a non-smoking building so tenants are constantly smoking so you can smell the smoke in your apartment through your floors and walls, especially in your closet. They are renovating the apartments which is a great thing but the allowing of people to smoke should be banned!!! Also no cameras.
This Location is amazing and the staff here is great!
I live with my dad where it is horrible. I'm currently in school and isn't able to hold down a job due to my schedule, so I currently not able to afford my own place. This would be a tremendous opportunity if I was to be awarded it. My dad is planning not to renew his lease and i fear that when he moves there will be no room for me.
