Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. This property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the home, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $50 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violations. A $200 security hold on a credit card is required in case of incidentals, released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may choose a $35 damage waiver.
