Easy application process. The place is nice and quiet. The pool and gym are always available and so are the study rooms. Would definitely recommend.

27 North is great for students. It’s safe, has a good vibe, and is close to everything. The staff is quick to help, and it feels like a nice community. Great place to live and study!

I enjoy living here, considering how close it is to campus. It is also very great that the staff hosts a lot of events and sometimes provides free food to its residents. The repair man is also great at doing his job, and he completes any maintenance requests quickly. My only complaint is how sometimes things break easily; for example the blinds or the dryer)

Nice and quiet building, feels pretty safe within the building. Maintenance is really great at responding, as well as trash which gets taken out daily.

Living at this apartment community has been largely positive. The location is convenient, making it easy for me to get to campus and nearby amenities. The common areas are well-maintained, and I appreciate having access to facilities like the gym and the lounge, which are great places to relax and meet neighbors.

Maintenance could be more efficient otherwise I really enjoy living here, it’s a nice spot next to campus if you go to sjsu. The gym snd game room is really cool too!

27 North has been a generally good living experience. Don't move here if you're expecting luxury, but FOR ITS PRICE it is the best you can get.

It's not the greatest place to live, but it's also not the worst place to live. Compared to other places around SJSU this is one of the better ones.

Everything here is very accessible! Love how close it is to campus. Sometimes, the water is not working but they give ample notification unless it is an emergency.

Living at 27 North has been pretty good because my apartment has everything that a student essentially needs at their convenience. I also appreciate the staff here.

i think 27north provides a great space for students. you need the key to get into the building and they have security at night so it is super safe. You get to meet lots of friends because they have lots of events, they also give out free food every once in a while. The staff are also really helpful and the maintenance always comes really fast and does such a thorough job.

it’s great here it’s secure and feels safe to be living in this apartment complex especially because of the area that it is located in such a scary area.

i love it here the community is great but sometimes there’s a lot of problems including roaches and always shutting the water off to fix things.

Our AC is still leaking water and the fire alarms are way too loud. They need to do a better job in keeping up with maintenance requests. But other than that I like it here:)

I recently moved into 27 North Apartments, and overall, I’ve had a very positive experience here. The location is fantastic—being close to SJSU and downtown San Jose is incredibly convenient, especially for students and young professionals. The amenities, including the gym, rooftop lounge, and study areas, are well-maintained and provide a great atmosphere for both work and relaxation.

Amazing! Really nice and quiet, usually no loud noise after 10pm. Fun Apartment Community Events and there’s so many spaces where you can gather together!

I enjoyed living in the area and amenities were nice. I like the environment overall despite a couple of problems when we moved in but the people were responsive and they came to fix it which was a positive.

Sometimes things take a while to get fixed in the apartment when we send in a request, but otherwise things have been great and the staff have been super nice and helpful.

It’s a pretty solid community here at 27north. At least within my own apartment, we are all pretty close knit and the vibes are good. There are some things that are pretty annoying like how long it takes for maintenance to come in and how cheap the appliances are, often breaking down or having issues.

i like living here because it’s so close to school however i did not like when the water went cold for three weeks. It was the worst experience.

I appreciate the card helps a lot. Thank you for the pool party it was good to meet people and have fun. The only two critiques i have are I wish the elevator was faster and maintenance request were faster.

Very clean and affordable for their rates vs surrounding options. An apartment complex like this is very safe as well. The negatives are mostly just maintainence issues that pop up like no hot water or elevators but they seem to be more of a rare occurance than normal.

Overall it has been a great experience. Everything is managed and run well. When I first moved in the bedroom was very clean and they had freshly painted the walls.

So far, it's been fine here. Everything is relatively clean with just a few small scratches on the furniture. Wifi's pretty decent so far. And there's ethernet.

Rooms are nice and clean, flatmates were international students who moved in prior to me and my roommate, no problems there. Lots of events during the first week and good amenities.

I'm really enjoying all the amenities provided to residents, and the rooms and kitchen are super nice! I've only been here for a few weeks, but so far my experience has been amazing.

My move in process was very good. The way I would describe it is as one of the most seamless and easy processes considering it was my first time moving out.

Apartment wasn’t very clean when we moved in. Management wasn’t helpful with figuring out roommate information. But overall the area is nice

The building is extremely nice and super safe, which was my number one priority. The employees are also super nice and care about any issues you might have.

Good apartment and community. The utilities here are very helpful, especially the kitchen where I can cook my food without any problems (the oven is helpful).

The apartments are nice, they are big enough for up to 5 people. It has all the facilities needed in a house. The building has a swimming area, gym, study rooms, and many other facilities for students.

enjoyable :) i love the view and little garden! i love living here, i lived here in my last year of undergrad and also enjoyed it. But this time I got the room i wanted so I am very happy!

27 North is overall a nice place to live. Some of the staff are great and very helpful, but some don’t seem to care as much. When I arrived, I found my personal door did not lock and my shower is stuck on the shower setting (will not come out of bath faucet). Doors are thin but that’s to be expected. The pool and game room are very nice and the rooms overall are spacious and nice.

Everything was dirty when we moved in. There was dirt and black marks all over the wall. The sink and shower head were covered in a white and green crusty substance. Former resident used the window sill as an ash tray which was not cleaned. Windows were so dirty we couldn’t see out of them.

Move-in went very fast and easy. The staff was very helpful and kind when in need! The apartment is very nice. Only thing I did not like was the lack of info provided as I moved in. Unlike other apartments I’ve stayed at where they provide info packets on WiFi, trash, and package systems, here you have to reach out to the lobby to find out about this. Not a big hassle, but something I think would have been more convenient.

Had a lot of issues with past roommates and lease renewal. Overall the complex itself is well maintained with great maintained near campus!

this coming year will be my third year at 27 north and i can gladly say that i have no major complaints about the building. there are some minor inconveniences that may occur but nothing that is unbearable.
