If you are just looking for one or two rooms , feel free to contact me , if I can put together a group of similar people, I am happy to do that as well. I have an amazing 3 bedroom apartment located in an almost brand new building in the center of downtown Oswego . ALL bedrooms have large closets, This apartment includes everything (except furniture and decorations pictured) and I mean everything ( heat, hot water, electric washer, dryer, cable, wireless internet, water, sewer) Apartment features 10' ceilings, hardwood floor in living area, tile kitchen, entry way, and bathroom, crown molding, 50" flat screen in living room, 40" flat screens on walls in each bedroom, washer and dryer, microwave above stove, large fridge with filtered water and ice on the door, dishwasher, garbage disposal , large bathroom with gannet vanity top, huge vanity, unlimited hot water system. This is a great place, I built it very high end , and I am looking for high end tenants to fill it. No smoking, no pets. I am not looking for any party animals, the lease will be very specific about that, if you are looking for a place to have your friends over before the bars, pre game, have large gatherings, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! If you want an absolutely beautiful, quiet, high end apartment, you will love it. This is a really nice place and I intend on keeping it that way. 1st, last, security , but can work with people on spreading out the last months rent over a period of time. Please understand that you may find less expensive places out there, but they will not be 1/2 as nice or include heat, hot water, water, sewer, cable, Internet. Those things alone on average would cost each person around 150-200 per month in a three bedroom apartment that did not include these items. This is a high end apartment, looking for high end tenants. This is NOT a party house, not looking to rent to people looking for that.
