Your room includes a big walk in closet and a private bathroom. The condo has a private patio with a beautiful view. This is a gated community with plenty of parking for yourself and guests. There’s plenty of washers and dryers on site. The closest laundry room is literally right down the hall. There’s additional laundry rooms on each floor of the building (there’s also an elevator). Other amenities include 2 pools, a jacuzzi, 2 gyms, a tennis court, 1/2 basketball court, sundeck and a private hiking path that overlooks all of Los Angeles. Pets are welcome! There is plenty of green space around the community to walk your dog. This is the perfect place for pet owners in Hollywood! Located near the 101, so it makes a great central hub for getting around LA. About the tenant in the other room: I’m 38/male and am an artist (ambient music, experimental filmmaking, drawing). I spend a lot of time quietly working on my art in my room. I alternate between working from home and in an office (1 week home, 2 weeks in the office). I’m an introvert/extrovert. Meaning that I enjoy getting together with friends to go hiking, see a movie/concert, or hit up a barcade. But I also value my private/alone time. Occasionally, I’ll have friends over for dinner/movie night or to hit up the jacuzzi. You are always welcome to join in if you’d like! I’m not a party person but will host friends over for my birthday, or have a bbq for Memorial Day weekend and other infrequent celebrations. Once in a blue moon I’ll have out of town friends spend the weekend with me. This probably happens maybe once or twice a year if at all. I’m clean and tidy (but not a neat freak). It’s especially important that we keep the common area clean, free of clutter and are able to share these responsibilities. People that know me all say I am very chill and easy to get along with. I don’t do drugs or smoke, but will have the occasional social drink or beer. I don’t have pets of my own but occasionally dogsit my neighbors quiet and friendly Chihuahua, Mia. Pets are welcome if you have any furry friends of your own!
