Security is a massive issue here and the complex does absolutely nothing to mitigate the issue. Countless care break-ins, stolen cars from the garage, squatters, hallways always full of trash, unkept grounds. Do not live here.

While this complex boasts amazing amenities like a pool, fire pit area, and city views, safety is a major concern. In the two years I've lived here, my car has been broken into twice in the supposedly secure, gated parking garage. Once, items were stolen, and the other time, my window was smashed. This isn't an isolated incident – I know of at least five other break-ins, including some on upper floors of the garage and even two car thefts six months apart. The "secure" gates seem to be a joke. They're either malfunctioning or left unlocked, leaving residents' vehicles vulnerable. This is especially concerning considering our proximity to a major highway. It feels like a recipe for disaster. Unfortunately, the lack of security extends beyond the parking garage. I've walked in and found a homeless person sleeping under the stairs, and a neighbor had their apartment broken into. For the high rent we pay, a basic expectation is to feel safe in our own homes and have a secure place to park. This complex simply doesn't deliver on those crucial aspects. Would not recommend.

If you do not want to die at gunpoint when you come home, avoid this place. If you like mice as pets this place is for you. I threw 16 of these little creatures. Guess what? I was told i was the only one who had this issue until I heard from other neighbors and read the same on online reviews. As long as lying is free, people will lie- only shameless ones. Bonus: My car was broken into 3 times and putting a camera except the single one at the entry was too much of a luxury for this luxury apartment complex.

This has been a consistent great experience and why I have stayed in the apartment complex year after year.
It's pretty noisy. I hear my neighbors a lot, as well as people out in the hallways and outside noise. It doesn't feel like the windows or doors are sealed well, and the walls are thin.
Based on the maintenance interaction, I would recommends because they are always timely and very friendly
I would recommend 2700 Charlotte because of its beautiful upkeep, welcoming apartments/common spaces, and its attentive staff. The maintenance team is kind and courteous
Only negative was the level of noise from being right by the traffic light on 28th. But that's obviously not the apartment community's fault; just less than ideal placement/circumstances.
Expensive, doors from garage to hallways are opened and not at all secure, back part of property/dog park is scary at night.
The ceiling is weak and every time the person above me moves it sounds like they're coming through my ceiling. This doesn't happen in any other apartment I've been in in 2700 Charlotte.
Maintenance staff are always helpful and pleasant.

We loved our time at 2700 Charlotte, the office staff were aways very friendly and quickly resolved the few issues we did have in our 2 years living there. Denise and Christine went above and beyond for us and treated us and our pup like family!

The only thing I really don't like is that it' super loud with outside noises. The windows are not sealed right and/or let in so much street noise. And I don't live off the main road.
All the amenities are great and the location is perfect. A short Uber to anywhere downtown is exactly what we were looking for.
I loved this community and even referred a friend who currently lives there. I think price point is something that decreased my ratings.
The parking garage is great, with a parking floor for each apartment floor. I do not think Valet living is necessary and could be an optional extra cost thing ideally.
Pricey and the amenities are ok, but not as great as some competitors in the area.

It was perfect in every way that we needed. The pool was the biggest asset that I used and absolutely loved everything about it.

I have made several recommendations already to many people. I am hoping that this apartment complex will work through their issues with me. I speak highly of this apartment complex to prospective customers despite my personal apartment concerns.
I loved this apartment, the location, and maintenance/upkeep staff.I did not think a rent increase was necessary as we were paying for a storage unit plus a pet fee every month. We were able to move to the Nations with tons of events/restaurants and bars for $500 cheaper a month for about the same size of space.
The ladies who came and unclogged my tub were so great. Very fast and friendly!! :)
I have recommended friends to move here. Great location. Great amenities.
Was hoping for an apartment that had a city view being open when we need it, because that was a main draw. Otherwise it was great
I love the apartment! The only con is the noise level from upstairs neighbors. The walls are thin.
I like that I can submit service request online; there is a menu to select that helps to quickly identify the service issue; the service team has the equipment needed to fix/repair.
I would absolutely recommend this apartment community. Christine, and the other maintenance staff members, are amazing!

I have only been there 1 month - Samantha has been wonderful to work with. Area has been very clean this past month. IF any issues.. I almost fell in my bathroom and grabbed the towel bar. That was not useful.. It was liking holding paper! The bar started to bend immediately. Let go of it immediately. LOL
The maintenance staff at 2700 is the best I have ever experienced. They are so kind and helpful! This experience was no different.
I love living here. The office staff is so nice and the maintenance crew is amazing. I feel safe and valued here and love the events that are hosted every week. It is truly a wonderful place to live.
Shannon and your leasing team made all the difference—literally! We were looking at more expensive properties, like the 505 downtown, and were literally turned off by the leasing agent. Shannon was so warm, welcoming, patient and accommodating, she literally was the reason we chose 2700 Charlotte over other properties.
I really loved living at 2700 and would recommend 2700 to anyone needing a place to live in Nashville. We hated to leave!

The apartment is spacious, has great amenities, and has fun events to foster a sense of community.
