The bathroom (attached to the bedroom) has a walk-in shower with beautiful tile work from floor to ceiling. This unit also has its own designated washer/dryer, located in the garage. This apartment has one designated parking space within the shared garage. The dimensions for the garage space are 6ft 2in High X 7ft 9in Wide X 16ft 11in Deep. The garage is shared with the front house but includes separate parking spaces and washer/dryers. The only designated parking is the one space within the garage, if you need additional parking you will need to secure public parking. This is unit is located on the 2nd floor.
