It's a beautiful building
Can't get anything fixed I asked and asked for many times to get my ceiling in bathroom done never happened I payed my rent in time every month many times way before it was due there are some neighbors that are nice then there ones that are two faced people and only out to get what they want and if you don't keep things to military standards the property management gets upset and refuses to renew your lease.and it's nothing like in the pictures.but all in all it's a beautiful building if you can handle nosey 2 faced people that pretend to be your friend the moment your down they turn they back on you I loveed the place at first.and not so quiet till the property management would not fix things great place Glad we moved when we did he sent a termination notice cos he wanted to remodel the building cos he wanted to raise the rent a very Christian thing to do just saying

Gross!
This place is a real hell-hole. I lived there a few years ago, bugs, bugs, bugs, loud, cigarette smoke, and the manager is awful. You couldn't pay me to live here again.

Beautiful Studio Apartment
I stayed in one of the studio apartments in the middle building and it was nothing short of incredible. The apartment was beautiful and furnished well and looked very modern. Additionally, the landlord, Tom, was extremely helpful and willing to go out of his way whenever I needed him. Gorgeous apartment, great location, and caring staff. I'll definitely be coming back if I end up in Wichita again.
