Staffs are very kind and their support is great quality. The problem is their system. Often causes errors, broken sessions and links. Eventually some processes were done manually while it could have been significantly easier if only the system works fine.

The apartment doesn’t have any lights in the living room and bedroom and I tried contacting the team in charge and I don’t feel that I’m getting enough help. The whole process is slow.

The apartment is newly renovated and very spacious but unfortunately we are having bugs problem. They are trying hard to fix it but still having some issues after a month.

It’s quiet and very clean. The neighbors are nice and friendly. The dog park is a great place for dogs to go stretch their legs. I really do enjoy the sauna as well it’s very refreshing

Lived here for 2 weeks so far. Had an issue with light switches, but Jackie and the maintenance professional quickly scheduled a time and fixed the issue. Everything is always cleaned and neighbors are all extremely kind. Excellent place to live so far.

Living here the past year has been wonderful. The amenities are nice, but the best part is the community at large. Very nice and respectable. We just renewed our lease in October and plan to next year as well!

Living here is great. There are many things you can do if you’re bored. They renovated the club room now there’s not only a gym but they added a pool table/ badminton table and an arcade. Perfect place to hang out when it’s too cold to go to the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Pretty awesome place to live!

It’s nice a quiet. The people here are nice and are friendly when meeting them walking about. I feel a sense of safety here. Our apartment is located in a perfect place to commute out to any destination and the store selection around the neighborhood is with in walking distance.
Literally the best complex to live at. I’m happy I’m a resident here and it’s only been two months. It’s quiet and you don’t have to worry about your packages ever being missing or stolen. The maintenance people are always on site and continuing to make it clean.
We really enjoy living here and the large community of animals. We wish the walls were thicker as sound really echoes through from the hallways, neighbors, and outside even when all the windows and doors are shut. The amenities are great and easily accessible, just sparse on weights but there are many great nearby gyms for that. Jackie and the maintenance man, Andres, are welcoming, friendly, and super attentive to tenants' needs.
The community improved a lot during my 2 years here but it has been a constant struggle. The complex is constantly under construction. Residents in 2-3 years will be able to enjoy an over priced complex without any of the anguish of living through the remodel.
I've been here almost six years. Never had a much water issues as now. It seems every other week the water is turned off. The residence are nice. I've never had any issues with staff or neighbors. I like it here, except when the water is turned off.
The proximity to my daughter's day care, access to the Caltrain, sense of security with fire station nearby, Jackie's (reception) presence, the spacious room with flooring, appliances and Latch smart lock system... everything is just so much better than where we used to live. We are so happy and fortunate to be living at 2727 Edison! If they only had AC, little bigger elevator, storage units and second parking spot, it would be perfect. But even without those, my family and I are very happy.
I love the community and management. My only concern is the sounds that echoes in the hallways and in apartments. My upstairs neighbors are so loud and disturbing that it makes my overall rating lower
Clubhouse is awesome. They have a pool and ping pong table. It’s a nice neighborhood. Pets welcome. Has a pool and gym inside. With peloton bikes weight rack and so much more
I just recently moved here, but all the staff are nice to us. Jacky has especially been sweet to us since she's had to deal with my scatterbrained self a couple of times already. Honestly, the neighbors are pretty nice so far, everyone wants a quiet place to live and you can tell they're trying to enjoy themselves with the peace too.
It’s great community, calm and close to a lot shopping places one of those the Hillsdale Mall, couple of bad things are water service in these recent years keep getting shut off too often another is neighbors don’t follow some rules like smoking around the building take care of their trash how they supposed to and rent goes pretty high for people living on the building for years, new tenants have lower rent though it’s great but expensive
Good experience. Close distance to Bart and downtown. Next to hillsdale mall. Great location. Nice maintenance guy. Remodel is great and comes with washer/dryer.
When I first moved in, the building was quiet, minor issues. Table with chairs outside, with access to everything. Now, everything is a fee, building has been under construction forever, not all patios are covered, tables were not brought back and the water fountains look dead.
There is no one to answer the office - when needed and message response time is pretty low. There is roaches and ants and it feels like a constant struggle to keep them away.
We’ve lived at Hillsdale for 13 years and love it here!!! We have met many wonderful people and made countless friendships here. The improvements have been extraordinary and well thought out for residents. We highly recommend living at Hillsdale Square Apartments.
This is a great apartment complex. No too noisy inside, but you can hear Caltrain throughout the day and evening. After awhile you get used to it. Tons of traffic on 82 though. this place is VERY dog friendly which is rare. The grounds are kept up well and the staff are very nice and helpful. Way overpriced but that's how the Bay Area is nowadays.
