The unit is located: 3 miles from the FSU campus (9 min drive, 19 min bike, 1-hour walk, 17 min or 9-stop bus route). 1 mile from TCC. 1 mile to supermarkets. Close to nice bike paths. The lease can be for six/nine/twelve months. This is a quiet unit/complex. You'd have access to the backyard with a propane grill. The room can come unfurnished/furnished. We just replaced washer and dryer, dishwasher, the air handling system, oven hood, toilets, roof, and the air filters with brand new ones. We also, have a solar attic fan helping adjust the house temperature and humidity. FSU/FAMU/TCC students are prioritized.
