Room #1 is a queen-sized bed, and room #2 has a grand bunk bed with a full bed underneath and a twin on top, perfect for family or friends who may want to visit you on your desert adventure. Two separate family rooms with 55” TVs. 1 and 1/2 baths, and a fully stocked kitchen. On 1/3 of an acre, our home has all the outdoor amenities you want in Arizona. A huge backyard with a professionally maintained salt-based swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, an outdoor fire pit, an outdoor grill cooking station, and a large grass area. In season, you’ll have access to fresh citrus from our many trees (Lemon, Lime, Orange, Tangelo, and Oro Blanco Grapefruit). Palm Valley is a master-planned community with many children’s playgrounds dotted along green belt pathways for walking and biking, large parks, and a community center with tennis courts and a heated swimming pool. Minutes away from top-notch golf courses, pristine desert hiking paths, concert venues, state-of-the-art movie theatres, baseball spring training (White Sox - Dodgers - Reds - Guardians), outlet mall, casino, world zoo, and Goodyear Park, with playgrounds, a dog park, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts. It’s a perfect launchpad to bucket list day trips. Located about 20 miles west of Downtown Phoenix, Goodyear is a scenic suburb experiencing rapid growth.
