This two bedroom, one bathroom house has bonus space in a semi-finished basement, as well as a large fenced backyard (with gardening opportunities). Two off-street parking spaces are available next to the storage shed - all to be used by tenants. Washer/dryer in basement. Tenants pay for W/S/T, gas, and electric. No garage, no students, no smokers. One dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis with a $200 pet deposit. Video tour available on our website. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
