Very clean and well taken care of 3 bedroom/2 bath single family home in the quiet area of Many Lakes! House is located on Lake Douglas and features 1,750 sq feet along with ~150 ft of shoreline on the lake. The house has many great amenities, including a hot tub, outdoor fire pit and 4 indoor fireplaces. There is a front yard with swing set for children, back porch with outdoor dining, gated back yard and steps down to hot tub and outdoor fire pit. Parking available through the 2 car garage or driveway. There is a separate office area with a desk and chair for working behind the fireplace in the dining room. Internet is included in the monthly rent. The WIFI speed is 10 mbps. Cell phone service is a little spotty, but we do provide a landline that is capable of local and long distance calls. House comes fully furnished (tenant will only need to bring their own towels & bedding)! This includes two couches (upstairs couch is a sectional and downstairs couch folds out into a queen bed), all kitchen appliances, dining table that seats 6, all beds noted, dressers, and more! Utilities included in the rent: Internet, home phone, gas, electricity, water and Sling TV streaming service. Snow removal is responsibility of the tenant. We have a snow blower at the house, which the tenant is able to use. Small dogs and cats are welcome with additional security deposit. The house is available for rent on a month-to-month basis from 11/1/2024 - 5/31/25 (or for entire duration listed). House is not available for rent during the summer months. House is currently occupied - please do not disturb tenants.
