About This Property

This is NOT a seasonal rental, one year required. This unit is set up with quite a bit of luxury living options and is considered the "owners unit". It's right in the heart of downtown Gloucester, up on the hill, two-three blocks from the train station, the beach, the Boulevard, the Warf, and Main Street. This unit is quite large and features radiant floor heating, custom cabinets, high end appliances, a beautiful sun room, central vac, a custom built shower with a many small shower heads to massage, surround sound speakers prewired and ready for you to use and countless other amenities most apartments don't have. There is a well built office area for working, as well a bar area with a wine fridge for entertaining. A large space in the basement can be used as a workshop or art area in this unit and there is a huge amount of storage in many custom large closets and cabinets. There is in unit laundry, as well as a huge walk in shower with his and hers sinks in the main bath. There is even a murphy style wall drop down bed in the office. It should be noted that there is really only one fully private bedroom as you have to walk through the 2nd bedroom/office to get to the master bedroom. This unit comes with off street parking for two cars and even has a mini split AC in the center of the house that should do a pretty good job cooling the whole unit during hot days. The open floor plan in the Kitchen/Living/Dinning area is large and set up nicely. There is direct access from this unit into the basement and there is plenty of storage in the basement as well. There are countless other specialty items in this unit so if you're interested in this style apartment please reach out to come have a look.
