Hi, I am looking for someone/a couple for September 1, 2016-August 31, 2017 for this great 1 bedroom apartment on a quintessential Boston street. The apartment is located on the first floor, 3 other units in the building. All of the neighbors are professionals and respectful. There are bay windows that look out to the street, an electric, functioning, brick fireplace, A/C and a good sized kitchen with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bedroom is 10ft by 11ft, with a large closet with built in shelves. Exposed brick throughout the apartment. Bonus: Back deck off of the bedroom, a rare find in a back bay apartment! There is residential street parking. There is no street cleaning on this street, so you do not have to worry about moving your car! There is a management company that takes care of all the brownstones on the street, they are very responsive when repairs are needed, and deliver your packages directly to your apartment, so they are not left on the Boston streets. The apartment is centrally located for all of your Boston needs. It is a 10 minute walk to Fenway, a 5 minute walk to Newbury/Bolyston st, 20 minutes from the Boston Commons. Transportation: The 1 bus is right around the corner on Mass ave, as is the green Line Hynes convention center stop, and the Mass Ave Orange line. All within a 5 minute walk. The Symphony Green line stop and Prudential Stop are only a 7-9 minute walk! Groceries: Both Whole Foods and Trader Joes are within a 5-10 minute walk.
