The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. The apartment is just 1 block from the red line metro station, the zoo, and great restaurants. In the living room, enjoy watching your favorite movies on the Smart TV. If you need to work, the apartment is equipped with a desk, chair, and light. Enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout at the dining room table. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. It also has cooking items like pots and pans, a baking tray, and cooking utensils. There are knives, a cutting board, strainer, and mixing bowls, along with 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The apartment includes a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor has a shared washer and dryer. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. Woodley Park is one of Washington DC's most prestigious neighborhoods, located just outside the central business district on the edge of Rock Creek Park. Pre-war apartment buildings and lively restaurants line Connecticut Avenue, while pricey townhomes and private schools fill the side streets. The metro (Woodley Park Zoo / red line) is just a few hundred feet away, providing easy access to the city. Rock Creek Parkway is a few blocks away, offering a fast and scenic drive to the monuments, US Capitol, and Northern Virginia, along with fantastic access to the trails and nature of Rock Creek Park itself. Connecticut Avenue is a prestigious corridor through the wealthiest neighborhoods of DC, linking downtown to Bethesda, Maryland. Parking is on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance is available to apply for a parking permit. The apartment offers contactless, seamless, and easy self check-in. Check-in information is provided 48 hours prior to arrival, and a unique check-in code is sent 8 hours before arrival. Keys to the mailbox are provided, and a $100 fee is assessed if keys are not returned upon check-out. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. A $500 smoking fee is charged for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending the stay. Noise monitoring devices are installed, and exterior cameras record common areas. Shared app or coin-operated laundry is available on each floor. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed or put down drains. The apartment may require unexpected or scheduled maintenance, with 24-hour written notice provided. Neither the property owner nor management is liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury related to the use of the parking space, which is used at the vehicle owner's or driver's sole risk. The apartment is equipped with a desk, chair, and light, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
