The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Located just one block from the red line metro station, the zoo, and great restaurants, this apartment offers convenience and comfort. In the living room, enjoy watching your favorite movies on the Smart TV. If you need to work, the apartment is equipped with a desk, chair, and light. Enjoy a home-cooked meal or takeout at the dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker. It also includes cooking items like pots and pans, a baking tray, cooking utensils, knives, a cutting board, strainer, and mixing bowls. There are 4 sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The apartment also has a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor has a shared coin-operated washer and dryer. There is one on-site parking space available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pets are welcome with a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. Woodley Park is one of Washington DC's most prestigious neighborhoods, known for its wealth and bustling atmosphere. The nearby metro (Woodley Park Zoo / red line) provides easy access to the city, while Rock Creek Parkway offers a fast and scenic drive to the monuments, US Capitol, and Northern Virginia. Parking is available on the street around the building, and assistance with applying for a parking permit is available. The apartment offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. Check-in information will be sent 48 hours prior to arrival, with a unique check-in code provided 8 hours before arrival. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras are installed to monitor common areas. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. Maintenance access may be required with 24-hour notice. The apartment is equipped with a desk, chair, and light for a comfortable work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included.
