Enjoy meals at the dining room table, whether home-cooked or takeout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, disposal, and a Keurig Coffee Maker, along with cooking essentials like pots, pans, baking tray, and utensils. You'll find knives, a cutting board, strainer, mixing bowls, and four sets of plates, glasses, mugs, bowls, and flatware. The home also includes a vacuum, broom, Swiffer, and ironing board. Each floor offers a shared coin-operated washer and dryer. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $450 for those bringing pets. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be reserved in advance for a $25 rental fee. One on-site parking space is available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Woodley Park is one of Washington DC's most prestigious neighborhoods, known for its wealth and bustling atmosphere. Located just outside the central business district on the edge of Rock Creek Park, the area features pre-war apartment buildings and lively restaurants along Connecticut Avenue, with pricey townhomes and private schools filling the side streets. The Metro (Woodley Park Zoo / red line) is just a few hundred feet away, providing easy access to the city. Rock Creek Parkway, a few blocks away, offers a fast and scenic drive to the monuments, US Capitol, and Northern Virginia (DCA Airport, National Landing), as well as fantastic access to the trails and nature of Rock Creek Park. Connecticut Avenue serves as a prestigious corridor through DC's wealthiest neighborhoods, linking downtown to Bethesda, Maryland. Parking is available on the street in the neighborhood around the building, and assistance with applying for a parking permit is available. This home offers contactless, seamless, and easy self-check-in. Check-in information is provided 48 hours prior to arrival, with a unique check-in code sent 8 hours before arrival. Keys to the mailbox are provided, and failure to return them upon check-out will result in a $100 fee. Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the interior of the building and within fifty feet of the building, with a $500 fee for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise monitoring devices are in place. Excessive noise or gatherings will result in termination of the reservation without refund. The building is equipped with exterior cameras recording common areas and entries. Shared app or coin-operated laundry is available on each floor. Cooking grease, food, coffee grinds, feminine products, baby wipes, dental floss, Q-tips, diapers, pills, paper towels, and coffee grounds should not be flushed or disposed of improperly, as plumbing issues may result in charges. The property may require unexpected or scheduled maintenance, with 24-hour notice provided. Neither the property owner nor management is liable for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property in the parking space, which is used at the vehicle owner's risk. Includes a desk, chair, and lamp for a convenient work-from-home set-up. A laptop computer is not included.
