Use of electronic devices, such as smartphones and apps, is required for check-in, access, and communication. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside and outside the unit and public spaces. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property. Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. During these hours, no loud music should be played, and all audio should be kept at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. We enforce a strict two-strike policy for violations of house rules: the first violation will result in a warning, and the second violation will lead to immediate removal from the property without a refund. This applies to unauthorized guests, excessive noise, smoking violations, or any disruptive behavior. Includes a standing desk, perfect for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi at 300+ Mbps is ideal for streaming, remote work, or video calls. A laptop computer is not included.
