About This Property
Hi everyone! My husband and I are renting out spacious unit just outside of Bay View offering all the shopping, dining and entertainment of Bay View without the crazy hassle and bustle. It is nestled in a small neighborhood called Polonia and is only three blocks off of Oklahoma as well as 3-5 minutes from Target. The area is full of families. There are only half steps at the entryways of the unit making it nice for someone who does not wish to climb many stairs. Unit available Nov 1st Animals are allowed with additional rent at $25/cat/month and $35-$50/dog/month depending on the size/age of the animal. We are not at all breed discriminatory since we both grew up with bully breeds and love them to pieces! Proof that all dogs are up to date on their vaccinations is mandatory. All ESA and service animals will need to be verified through a pet screening process. There is not a fence in yard and animals will need to be leashed and not left unattended outside the unit.
