Unit includes a fireplace, a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven/stovetop, washer/dryer HOOKUPS (should tenant utilize hookups a separate water bill will be added to the account monthly), and an on-site laundry room with paid wash and free dry. Currently parking offered is parking lot only but option to rent garage space in the future is a possibility. There is a large backyard to walk your dog (there is a separate one time pet fee and a monthly pet rent) and a fire pit available for all tenants to use safely.

Desirable and convenient location in west Anchorage near the airport and the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail! Close to bus lines and within walking distance of midtown. Private entry to your first floor apartment, heated garage, fireplace, washer/dryer hookups, laundry room onsite, large backyard, and extra parking available. Owner pays gas, water and wastewater, snow removal, trash pickup, and lawn maintenance. Tenant pays electricity and internet. Should tenant opt to utilize washer/dryer hookups, tenant pays the unit’s water bill. Pets are allowed with permission beforehand by the Owner. There will be a $500 non-refundable pet fee and a $25 per month rent for cats, $50 per month rent for dogs. Deposit and monthly rent for other animals to be discussed upon acceptance of pet on property. First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and $500 security deposit will be due upon signing of lease. All renters over the age of 18 years must be able to pass a background and credit check, which will be sent via email upon inquiry. Application and background check must be complete prior to an in-person tour.
