We are preleasing apartments for the 2025/2026 school year. All showings by appointment only. We have two-bedroom spacious apartment. Includes full dining room. Hardwood floors throughout. Beautiful layout of rooms. Kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Equipped with coin operated washer dryer in basement. Parking for one car in basement level garage. This apartment has a rear porch for great summer enjoyment! This building is one of the nicest on the street! The quoted rent is based on a one-person occupancy. Digby is a dead end street just two block from Clifton Avenue and the main doorfront of campus. Our apartments are very popular with DAAP and business college students because of their proximity to campus. The area is a nice residential area which is the safest and cleanest side of campus. We provide good maintenance services for our tenants and have an excellent reputation for being good landlords for over 30 years. We also live on the same street which allows us to manage the properties more easily. Check us out and do so early. Security deposit and lease required. No pets.
