Will share 1 bathroom 1 bedroom rents for $650.00 Common and kitchen area fully furnished, including all cooking essentials. Bed can be available if needed. Looking for quiet, clean, respectful, responsible and no partying roommate, must be able to get along with other roommates. And able to communicate effectively. Responsible in doing shared house chores . You will notice 3 car garage, however they are already spoken for. There will be small storage space in garage if needed. No pets allowed. Had really bad experiences. No smoking allowed in house. No 420 allowed. Utilities and internet will be split with other roommates. Expect security deposit upon signing lease and pro-rated 1st month rent. If you do not meet 2 1/2 monthly income fiancial requirements, I will not consider looking at your application. Only serious people need to inquire.
