Stay away from this apartment. My experience here has been an absolute nightmare, filled with relentless maintenance issues that are ignored for weeks or even months. Imagine living with leaking ceilings, broken lights, cockroaches infesting every corner, a moldy, stinking dishwasher, a clogged sink that never drains, a broken dryer, chipped floors, and a front door that barely seals, inviting even more bugs inside. Every one of these issues has been reported repeatedly, yet nothing has been resolved. This place is a disaster, and the management couldn’t care less. There are far better apartments with maintenance teams that actually respond to tenants’ needs. Don’t make the mistake of moving here; find somewhere you’ll be treated with respect and your home actually cared for.

Do not live here. It is my first and last year living here. I would NEVER resign to live here again. I have had issues literally since move in day. I didn’t have a desk chair or night stand (should be included during move-in) for the first 3 months of living here. Dishwasher and stove top were broken, lights were out. They did not clean up after the last person who had my room because there was actual dried food under the bathroom sink. They take MINIMUM 2 weeks to respond to maintenance requests. The office brushes off every problem you bring up to them and doesn’t actually deal with anything. They over charges me? That’s not their fault because utilities are through a 3rd party. The mandatory visitor parking lot that is in the move in packet? I was informed today that they don’t use it so guests can park anywhere they want. I have not gotten to park close to my own home in almost 2 weeks which is a major safety concern. Oh and don’t let them catfish you like they did me. The furniture in the show room is not what I received. And they lied to me about how much I would be paying monthly for the year. They practically never answer the phone. There has been more issues throughout the past 7 months, it’s one thing after another, but those are the main things. I would Never ever ever recommend someone to live here.
Gross and ugly apartment, incompetent staff. There was a giant roach welcoming me here. The dishwasher broke and got moldy too.
As others have said, the maintenance is incompetent. You have to make several requests to get your issue resolved. The management also doesn't seem to care about residents - the renovation forced many tenants to move to another room. I had to move back to my room again after renovation because they don't have any 1/1 rooms available and can't let me live in 2/2 room just for a few additional weeks before I move to another apartment complex. Since they are not leasing the 2/2 room to anyone, it makes no difference whether I live in 2/2 or 1/1 room, but they just won't let it happen. They had tried to raise the rent at the time for renewing in January, but decided to make a large discount for current residents in spring. I'm not surprised at all that many decided not to renew their lease.
The new management has changed the entire property and it's amazing. The new renovations were really needed and the facelift of the office and pool turned out amazing. The staff is amazing and the property is extremely safe too. Highly recommend to any incoming Aggies or Blinn students!
Don't live here. The property staff do not know what to tell you when you ask for help, the maintenance people basically told us, "it's cause you're drying too much stuff" when we literally only dried one towel and our dryer was broken for two weeks. We were forced to pack for a whole week so they could do renovations even though that's against our lease contract. The apartments are nothing like the ones you tour, the real ones are gross and have bugs literally everywhere even though we clean and spray for them DAILY. The amenities are never working, the equipment in the gym is half broken, the pools are never cleaned, even the children I had visiting refused because it was so gross. THIS IS ALL AFTER THE NEW MANAGEMENT TOO.
The renovations look upscale and the staff are super helpful and awesome. Especially Cori who has been there to answer all my questions and get me into the perfect situation! They are not only super helpful with their responses but they also respond really quickly! Highly recommend and definitely talk to Cori if you can!
There whole staff acts like they got this job to sit around and do nothing. If water, heat, or internet goes out expect them to not even get started on the problem until they feel like it.

2818 has been a great first college apartment! The staff is friendly and the amenities are great! Love the clubhouse and pool area! The only downsides are the cramped bed rooms and thin walls, other than that it's a pretty good place to live!

This is my second year living here. I enjoy the location of the complex in regards to campus! Rooms and kitchen are a little small but you have a lot of living space. Sometimes maintenance needs to be reminded more than once to complete a work order but most of the staff is very friendly. (With the exception of a few)

The apartments are nice! The kitchen is really big and I love how it was fully furnished! It kind of sucks we can't use our balconies yet, but we were compensated $75 for the inconvience. The rooms are average size, but the closet is big! The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are great! When moving in the apartment, it wasn't super clean and the paint job wasn't the best! But overall so far I would say it is a great place to live!

2818 is a great place to live. It is pet friendly and the rent is extremely reasonable for what you pay for. My only downside so far is that the walls are so thin, I can practically hear the conversation of the people above me, but I suggest renting a townhouse rather than a flat to avoid that problem. Other than that there are tons of resident events and a pretty cool clubhouse!

This place is disgusting. Dog poop EVERYWHERE. Gross when I moved in. I had to clean before I could even unpack. The appliances are OLD and breaking down. This place is just awful and there's so many wonderful places in College Station. Do yourself a favor and don't live here.
