You'll love the views overlooking the private Price's Neck Cove and the stone steps that lead you to the water for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding. Tenant does have use of the rowing dory as well. This is one of our favorite spots to recommend to those seeking a charming and private waterfront experience! Sorry, no pets allowed."
