Private driveway, as well as on-street parking.. Both bedrooms have built in closets. Living room and both bedrooms have hardwood floors, and the bathroom and kitchen have vinyl flooring. The refrigerator and gas stove are furnished. There is a dedicated high efficiency gas furnace for the apartment. One window AC unit is supplied. Any additional units would need to be provided by the tenant. Washer and dryer hookups are available in the basement's shared space. Tenant has to provide their own washer and dryer. Water and trash service included in the rent. Tenant pays for gas and electric. Income must be 3 times rent ($2700/month). Dogs only allowed with $50/month fee.
