My husband and I have come upon an opportunity to buy a house from a relative and the offer is too good to pass up. We weren't planning on buying for a couple years, but because of this offer our situation has suddenly changed. We still have 7 months left on our lease (it ends December 17th 2017) and are looking for someone to take over the lease for our beautiful apartment. Our unit happens to be the biggest one bedroom you can get at our complex and there are currently NONE of our units available. Our complex is at 98% occupancy (a lot of people want to live here!), and so our apartment is a rare offer for someone looking for a nice one bedroom. Specs: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Electric Fireplace 1st floor Garden view Washer/dryer hookups Walk in closet Spacious bedroom and living room Pets Allowed Community Amenities: Pool Fitness Center Tennis Courts Racquetball Court Dog Park On-site laundry On-site parking This is a great place to live. My husband and I have loved living here and have no complaints. The benefits of transferring our lease are you DO NOT need to pay a deposit (we have already paid the deposit). You will have to fill out an application and be approved by our apartment complex. We are pretty flexible on our move out date. If you take over our lease, you will be responsible for the remainder of the lease up until December 17th and at that time you can choose to renew the lease for another year or go month to month. If you would like to set up a day and time to come and see the apartment, please e-mail me. We are available Monday-Friday after 4 PM and Saturday and Sunday all day.
