Water and Heat included (radiator). Tenant pays cooking gas and electricity. Looking for a relet beginning November through March 31st, as we have bought a house. Flexible move-in date in November with the option to prorate the rent for November. We've lived here for almost two years, and it's a hard apartment to part with. Perfect for one person or a couple. Andco Management, LTD., manages the building, is helpful and responsive, and has an online portal to submit rent payments and service requests.
